Nouvelle formation : Sexe biologique (et le genre) dans les expérimentations en biologie (DIS-BS-16)

Nouvelle formation à la bioanalyse niveau intermédiaire (DIS - BS- 14)

L'objectif de cette formation est de comprendre les principales étapes d’une analyse de données RNAseq pour l’étude d’expressions différentielles de transcriptomes et de savoir lancer une analyse RNAseq en ligne de commande en utilisant le gestionnaire de workflow Snakemake.

Formation Séquençage Haut Débit et Application (DIS-BS-17)

Vendredi 29 novembre 2024,  8h30 à 17h30 au Campus Santé Angers. Formation en français
L'objectif de cette formation est de comprendre le principe du séquençage à haut-débit (short reads / long reads) et des préparations de librairies associées, de découvrir des champs d’application et de sensibiliser aux contraintes liées aux approches omiques.
La formation concerne la partie « manipulation » des approches de séquençage à haut-débit et non pas la partie « analyse bioinformatique » .

High-throughput sequencing and application training (DIS-BS-17)

Friday 29 november 2024,  8.30 am to 5.30 pm at Campus Santé Angers. Training in french
The aim of this training course is to understand the principle of high-throughput sequencing (short reads / long reads) and associated library preparations, to discover fields of application and to raise awareness of the constraints associated with omics approaches. The training covers the "handling" part of high-throughput sequencing approaches and not the "bioinformatics analysis" part.

Objectives: Acquire basic theoretical and practical training in tissue transparencies and imaging using confocal, multiphoton and light sheet microscopy.
Understand the principle of transparentization and the main methods.
